While searching for darker colors for my autumn/winter wardrobe, I came across a brand new Burlington blazer! The patterned blue and white blazer, with original tags, was so cute. Check out how I styled this brand new find! I love how the sleeves aren’t too long, which is usually a problem I run into with blazers. First, I paired it with a peter pan cream top and my trusty maroon pants (to dress up a bland outfit). Then I matched the blazer with my nautical dress – because I love mixing patterns!
Next I found a navy dress from Burlington that had a floral sheath attached to it ($7.99). This dress also was brand new with tags! I loved how the attached floral sheath acts as a kimono on this dress. I wore this on its own with a long gold necklace for a perfect wedding guest combo. Then I layered it with a pink long sleeved shirt and a white scarf to make the outfit cozier.
My last item was a beautiful burgundy dress from Forever 21 ($7.99). I love this color for fall and winter. Plus, this dress has so many interesting details in it! I wore this with my plaid flannel I found a few weeks ago at the Thrifty Shopper. This look has autumn written all over it. I then wore a vest over the dress to showcase its fabulous sleeves.
